Don
Don grew up in small town USA, Mt. Joy, Pa. As a teen Don owned and operated a steak shop, this is where he developed his skills and love for cooking. After graduating from High School he felt that it was important to serve his country, he joined the Air force and served a tour in Vietnam. After spending 21 years in the Air Force, he went to work with Riverside health systems and spent 15 years there until his 2nd retirement of which he and Doris moved to Florida for 3 years. From Florida they decided to open a bed and breakfast in Williamsburg, Virginia and the rest is the future.

Doris
Doris grew up in Hampton, VA in the Bukroe Beach area. After High school and college having a flair for style and design, she attended a Cosmetology school and successfully owned and operated 3 salons, the last one being located at the Patrick Henry mall in Newport News VA with over 20 employees. She retired after being in business for 27 years, which finally gave her some time to work on her golf game, and more time to spend with her dogs (which she lovingly calls her babies), “mamie”, “woody” and the cat “Minnie”.

Chef Jennifer
Chef Jennifer is always ready to accommodate your personal needs such as holidays and birthdays. Jennifer is a graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary School in Norfolk, Virginia. She has 15 years experience. As a child she worked on a farm picking fruits and vegetables, since then she has worked in various restaurants; the James River Country Club, Ford’s Colony Country Club, and the Whitehall Restaurant. Jennifer is now a Personal Chef who pays attention to the smallest details when it comes to serving guest’s needs. She is always happy to serve you and make your dining experience one to remember for years to come.
